Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our stockroom, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Train and develop stockroom staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on stockroom activities, including inventory levels, stockroom operations, and staff performance.
- 2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
