Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at India Bazaar Fresh Pik's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise.
- Stockroom Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized stockroom, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory control role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
