Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our stockroom, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Supervise and coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Team Supervision: Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of stockroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and inventory discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on stockroom activities, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role.
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all aspects of stockroom operations.
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment.
- Free Parking: Free parking available on site.

- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
