Stockroom Supervisor

At Subzi Mandi Cash & Carry, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our stockroom, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Train and develop stockroom staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Prepare and submit reports on stockroom activities, including inventory levels and staff performance.
- 2+ years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
