Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

GVR Imports Inc is seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare sales contracts
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Advertise and promote products, sales, or services
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of international trade and commerce
  • Fluency in English
