Department Head Cosmetics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetics Department Manager to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading the cosmetics department to achieve sales, inventory control, and payroll goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage cosmetics department employees to maintain merchandising, customer service, and operational standards.
- Hire, schedule, and manage payroll for department employees.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Lead the department to achieve company goals and objectives, including financial benchmarks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Minimum three years of management experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Extensive knowledge of cosmetic products and strong merchandising and display skills.
- Professional sales experience and ability to build business.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
