Cosmetics Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetics Department Manager to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing the cosmetic department to maintain exceptional merchandising, customer service, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of cosmetic department employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage department budgets and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
