Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to our food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties to the highest standard.

Manage Food and Supplies

Estimate and order food and supplies as needed to ensure that our dining room is well-stocked and able to meet the demands of our customers.

Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Monitor and maintain the highest level of quality and service in our dining room, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.

Supervision

1 to 2 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, dependability.
