Job Description

As a Food Service Supervisor at Dairy Freeze Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality food products.

Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
  • Ensure food service and quality control
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client focus and team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
