As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in a fast food environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
