We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of successful sales experience within the packaging industry and possess a proven track record of building and maintaining a robust book of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the packaging industry, targeting diverse sectors.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to expand our client base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutual benefit for the client and the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the packaging industry.
  • Established book of business within the packaging sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Corporate and polished demeanor, with a focus on building professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary between $95,000-$125,000.
  • Commission structure based on sales performance.
  • Expenses covered for business-related travel and client meetings.
