Recruitment Officer Opportunity at Science North

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Science North, a leading science centre in Sudbury, Ontario. As a key member of our Organizational Development team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting recruitment requirements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment activities and select Science North staff
  • Participate in recruitment interviews and maintain recruitment tracking processes
  • Update and train hiring managers on Science North's policies and applicant tracking system
  • Provide recruitment status updates to the HR Management team
Requirements:
  • College Diploma in a related field, preferably in Human Resources
  • Two to three years' professional experience in Human Resources, including direct recruitment experience
  • Hands-on experience with current recruitment techniques
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English (French an asset)
