Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Baine Johnston. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet and direct clients and visitors, provide information and assistance as needed, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and operate the switchboard system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, as required.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with switchboard systems.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible schedule of 20-40 hours bi-weekly. Free parking is available on site.
