Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Front Store Manager to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations: Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability.
  2. Human Resources: Comply with human resources standards, help with hiring, and maintain wage administration within SLPH guidelines.
  3. Leadership: Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and development of staff, and drive Blue Culture and engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Previous retail management experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, lead by example, and support corporate programs.
  3. Superior interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  4. Business and financial acumen.
  5. Relationship builder with key internal and external agencies.
