We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our Pandora team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive store culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment, preferably in a retail or luxury goods setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
