- At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment, preferably in a retail or luxury goods setting.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer engagement.

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
