About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our retail leadership team at Mejuri. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Develop and implement store business strategies to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Maximize sales performance by driving your own performance and the performance of your team.
  • Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in coaching and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and goal achievement.
  • Operations: Support the maintenance of visual and operational standards, assist with scheduling, and identify opportunities to improve daily store operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a leader in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Understanding of local market challenges and requirements relevant to new store openings.
  • Desire to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and data-driven decision making.
