Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at The Good Feet Store LRG Investments Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to Front Store employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day cash handling, inventory management, and shrinkage control to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and support store initiatives for compliance with corporate, municipal, and provincial policies and requirements.
- Responsible for day-to-day merchandising, inventory receiving, custodial, clerical, and operations-related responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years supervisory experience in the retail industry.
- Strong digital literacy in retail software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong eye for business with acute understanding of financials and reporting.
- Outstanding customer service, strong people management, and effective communication practices.
