Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Bearpack Developments Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor worksite team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and supervision of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Supervise and manage landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth project execution and team productivity.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe and accessible work environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license for transportation to and from work sites.
  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments, handling heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.
  • Client-focused approach to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions. A valid driver's license is required for transportation to and from work sites.
