Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Bearpack Developments Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of outdoor landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate landscaping projects, including hiring and supervising staff, estimating labor and materials, and managing equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, including chain saws, pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, and tractors.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and will be required to wear personal protective equipment as needed.
