Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Bearpack Developments Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor worksite team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and supervision of landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for each project, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and manage landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills.
Work Environment:
