Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other expenses to ensure profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers and corporate staff to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 1+ years of management experience in the food service industry
  • Ability to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Open availability, including weekends and some nights
  • Cash handling skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Top-notch customer service skills and ability to lead and develop a strong team
