Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Reception and Site Services Coordinator to join our Human Resource Team. This role will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional services and experiences to our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute employee events, such as the annual summer bash.
  • Perform front desk reception duties, including welcoming visitors and managing phone communications.
  • Create and update facility communications related to the Human Resources Function.
  • Oversee and create quarterly newsletters for Operations.
  • Chair the onsite Social Committee.
  • Provide backup recruitment support for the Human Resources department.
  • Conduct orientations for new Associates.
  • Provide backup support to the People & Organization department for various activities, such as LMS administrator.
  • Manage locker assignments, swipe card access, and obtain boot vouchers for employees as requested by HR.
  • Coordinate catering for site and team events.
  • Assist in managing vendors – contracts, services, etc.

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary education, such as Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with experience in Adobe InDesign considered an asset.
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use HRIS and LMS systems.
  • A self-starter, tenacious, driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload in a complex and changing environment.
  • Presents oneself as professional in appearance.
