About the Role

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a genuine passion for early childhood education. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

You will lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, and taking children to local points of interest. Additionally, you will encourage children to express their creativity through various forms of art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians
