Job Title: Childcare Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our childcare program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing engaging child-care programs that promote the overall development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create and implement daily programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, including arts, crafts, music, and outdoor activities.
  • Leadership: Lead groups of children in activities, teach songs, and plan outings to local attractions.
  • Guidance: Support children in developing essential life skills, such as dressing, eating, and using the toilet, while promoting independence and confidence.
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identify potential issues, and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and community service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent client outcomes.
Certifications and Qualifications:
  • ECE Certificate
