About the Role

Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
    • Sort and distribute mail and packages
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits
  • Customer Service
    • Provide general information to clients and the public
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Office Maintenance
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Organize and schedule office work, including filing and retrieving documents
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek.
