Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team at Gautam & Associates Law Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions.
  • Document Management: Maintain a filing system, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Financial Management: Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
