Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence, documenting procedures, and maintaining organized records.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively seek and implement opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflow efficiency, and improve overall operational effectiveness within the legal department.
About the Team

Our team comprises seven lawyers operating across multiple locations globally. We offer a hybrid work model, flexible leave, and ongoing learning opportunities for your development.

Requirements
  • College degree in paralegal studies
  • Experience in commercial finance, secured transactions, or corporate law an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
