The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Communitas Supportive Care Society plays a pivotal role on the Executive Team, providing strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the financial sustainability of the organization.
As a senior financial manager, the CFO drives efficiency, compliance, and alignment with Communitas' strategic goals while overseeing the implementation of effective financial systems and leveraging technology for process improvements.
This Full-Time position is available in a 40hr week schedule, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. The ideal candidate will have
- a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Finance, and/or a CPA designation
- 5+ years of experience in senior financial management
- Alignment with Communitas' values and support model for people with disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills
Additional qualifications include non-profit sector experience and social services experience, as well as flexibility for evening/weekend work as needed.
In return, candidates can expect a competitive wage between $119,969 and $132,763, a generous benefits package, opportunities for growth, and on-the-job training and support.
