Job Description

Job Summary

Aramark is seeking a skilled Suite Attendant to provide exceptional guest service and support during events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium experience for our guests, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any concerns or special requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure suites are stocked with the necessary food, beverages, and products before and during events, adhering to Aramark standards and guest orders.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the suite and food service areas during events.
  • Replenish food and beverage products during events upon guest requests.
  • Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking guests' identification.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and all other offerings.
  • Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post-event.
  • Return equipment to its proper storage area.
  • Inventory product at the end of each event.
  • Adhere to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking patrons' identification.
  • Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
  • Ensure the security of company assets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server, suite attendant, or related role.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures.
  • Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
  • Ability to obtain all Aramark and state/local required alcohol service certifications.
  • Maintain a friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
  • Adaptable to guest needs.
  • Demonstrate an elevated level of guest service, anticipating guests' needs.
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
