Job Summary:

The Agile Program Lead will be responsible for overseeing the tactical delivery of key outcomes for the program. This will involve leading the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our Privileged Access Governance and Management (PAM) program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the PAM program.">
  • Collaborate with IAM technology managers, engineers, and program managers to optimize privileged access control designs and ensure healthy control operation.">
  • Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PAM program.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

">
  • ">
  • 8+ years of project and/or program management experience;">
  • 2+ years of privileged access governance or privileged access management process design and execution experience;">
  • A comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements (SOX and PCI DSS) and security frameworks (NIST, Cobit, ISO, etc.).">
  • Proven ability to drive centralized governance over decentralized functions.">

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $123,500 - $162,100 CAD per annum, as well as a range of benefits including extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, savings and retirement plan matching, and generous employee discounts.
