Agile Team Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Agile Team Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact. You'll help the team adopt agile principles, align with Sprint and Program Increment Goals, and remove impediments.
You'll have hands-on experience as an Agile Team Coordinator in a tech or finance sector, be passionate about agile methodology, and thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with experience collaborating with business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Helping the team embrace agile values and implement agile practices
- Serving the team, including the Product Owner (PO)
- Fostering continuous improvement of performance in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity
- Assessing Scrum maturity and coaching the team to higher levels
- Guiding the team to improve and take responsibility for their actions
You should have at least 3 years of experience as an Agile Team Coordinator in an Agile development environment, experience with Jira or other tools, and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
