Lead and Manager, Psychological Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team as a Lead and Manager of Psychological Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our team of psychologists, as well as providing high-quality psychological services to our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the team of psychologists, including mentoring and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to psychological services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions to students and staff, as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies and partners to ensure access to resources and services.
- Ph.D. or Doctorate in Psychology and registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
- 7-10 years of experience in school psychology, clinical psychology, or counselling psychology, with a focus on children and adolescents.
- Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring psychology professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of provincial legislation and regulations related to psychology, as well as standards, ethics, and guidelines for registered psychologists.
