As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of our children, ensuring their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
* Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote children\u2019s development
* Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and preparing crafts
* Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
* Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
* Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
* Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a childcare setting
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment as needed
