Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Location: Kananaskis Village, Alberta, Canada

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in our restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service, interacting with guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and presenting bills in a timely fashion.
  • Greet and seat guests, run food and drinks, replenish glassware, clear tables, and set tables.
  • Take payments, replenish service stations, and stock supplies as needed.
  • Cooperate and communicate with serving and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Adhere to health department rules and customer service guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for excellent guest service.
  • Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Valid Alberta ProServe certificate.
  • Previous hospitality experience considered an asset.
