Location: Kananaskis Village, Alberta, Canada

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact with guests, answer questions, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house service team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Alberta ProServe certificate is required.
