About the Role

As a Team Leader at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the day-to-day operations of a busy store and team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensuring that the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard
  • Managing stock levels and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A passion for sales and customer engagement
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards
