About the Role
As a Team Leader at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting the management team with the day-to-day operations of a busy store and team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Ensuring that the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard
- Managing stock levels and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for sales and customer engagement
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high standards
