Sales Team Lead

Campbell Park Bottle Depot Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate financial records.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers to ensure efficient sales processes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing sales environments.
Campbell Park Bottle Depot Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
