Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Ricky's Food & Gas. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide feedback to sales associates to improve their performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory management, to ensure that sales goals are met.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
