Director of Learning and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Learning and Development to join our team at BlueShore Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning and development strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs and solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions to address those needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our programs.
- Develop and manage budgets for learning and development initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership and consultation to support the development of organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, and/or organizational development.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of learning and development professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving innovation and excellence in learning and development.
- A competitive salary range of $119,000 - $146,000 per year, plus a variable performance bonus.
