Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Alberta Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and service procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physically demanding role.
