Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and minimize waste.
  • Reporting and Scheduling: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
