Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd O/A Papa Johns Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery to customers
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service operations
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
