Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Client focus and flexibility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Fast food outlet or concession
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
