Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned to our enterprise architecture roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and work closely with business partners to gather business requirements, business process flows, and business process modeling.
  • Facilitate solution design discussions to ensure solutions meet project needs.
  • Assemble client-focused solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Prepare and validate solution design documents.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Compliance and Audit.
  • Strong knowledge of Trade and Market Monitoring and Surveillance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
