About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Nexus Systems Group Inc. as a Business Systems Analyst, where you will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with business strategies. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across various business functions to identify and analyze business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Develop and maintain business cases and proposals to support system implementation decisions.

• Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to inform business decisions.

• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business processes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on technical projects and requirement gathering.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

• Experience with requirements management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

• 8-10 years of experience working with SQL, Visio, and Excel.

• 2 years of experience with Power Bi.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Any process certification, such as Six Sigma, IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.

• Experience in Google Cloud Platform.

• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Soft Skills:

• Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering skills.

• Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities.

• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and work well with business partners at different organizational levels.

• Exceptional leadership skills to review processes and procedures to create efficiencies, eliminate duplication, and provide organizational support to achieve business objectives.

• Strong relationship management skills to establish productive relationships between various leaders, departments, and partners across the organization.

• Well-developed communication skills, including precise articulation of ideas and opinions to prepare detailed business cases and proposals.

• Solutions-oriented and ability to develop and create innovative solutions to critical business or organizational data issues.

• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, required.

• Any process certification, such as Six Sigma, IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) CBPP, BPM, ISO 20000, ITIL, CMMI.
