At AppleOne, we are seeking a highly skilled Analyzer Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and assistance to our customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of process control and instrumentation products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Work from a remote location, interacting with senior support teams to resolve complex problems.
- Analyze work orders, plan daily travel schedules, investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems.
- Complete post-job and administrative duties, including customer and service reports, timesheets, job debriefs, and tooling tracking.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with the sales team to identify future opportunities.
- Perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment and participate in educational opportunities.
- Adhere to company and customer Quality Management Systems and EH&S guidelines and procedures.
- Electronics, Environmental, Instrumentation, or Electrical Technician or Technologist diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in industrial analyzers, process, and safety instrumentation.
- Ability to work from home, maintain a small inventory of parts, and required tools.
- Strong understanding and implementation of electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Sound judgment, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
- Critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain required Security and Safety Clearances and Certifications.
