Analyzer Service Technician

Join AppleOne as an Analyzer Service Technician and take on a challenging role that requires technical expertise and strong customer relationships. As an Analyzer Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and assistance to customers in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of process control and instrumentation products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the operation and maintenance of industrial analyzers and process instrumentation.
- Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Investigate customer complaints and conduct tests to resolve problems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment and maintain a strong customer relationship.
- Participate in educational opportunities and contribute to the development of the team.
- Electronics, Environmental, Instrumentation, or Electrical Technician or Technologist diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in industrial analyzers, process and safety instrumentation.
- Ability to work from home and maintain a small inventory of parts and required tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to obtain required Security and Safety Clearances and Certifications.
