Job Summary

MOUR TRANSPORT LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Prepare general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ledger Preparation: Manage accounts receivable, prepare bank reconciliations, and collect payments from debtors.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, perform financial calculations, and maintain filing and record systems.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general office duties, organize and maintain inventory, and prepare reports.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a large workload.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, accurate, client focus, and organized.
  • Experience: Will train.

Work under pressure, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a large workload.
