Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital services, including our financing services and other offerings to our clients via our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our digital services, including our financing services and other offerings to our clients via our digital channels.
  • Collaborate with our product team to design and develop new features and functionalities.
  • Work with our legacy systems to ensure seamless integration and automation.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster their growth and development.
  • Align technical decisions with organizational goals and business value.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices for documentation and testing.
  • Collaborate with functional analysts to develop functional specifications and understand business complexities.
  • Participate in the implementation of new features and functionalities in various environments, including development, test, and production.
  • Adapt to changing technology and learn new methods to achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide second-level technical support to resolve production problems and provide support according to established service levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of software development experience.
  • Knowledge of Web Development Application with Microsoft technologies (Front end or API).
  • Knowledge of Web Microsoft.NET framework (.NET Core programming) and C#.
  • Knowledge of SPA (Single-Page Application Framework) and unit testing development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint programming and development methodology & best practices.
  • Analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills, strong sense of autonomy, and initiative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with project delivery in agile mode (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fully bilingual and excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
