At Turbulent, we're building cutting-edge experiences for a vast and immersive universe. We're looking for a talented Senior Lead Fullstack Developer to join our team and help us bring these visions to life.

As a Senior Lead Fullstack Developer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other developers to create innovative and engaging solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to provide technological support and ensure alignment between development efforts and project goals.
  • Design and implement robust and scalable architectures through an iterative process, constantly seeking improvements and optimizations.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process by identifying and evaluating potential team members who share our passion for excellence.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and ensure the developer team is always equipped with the necessary information to progress effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other developers to review technical designs, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Estimate the workload required for different functionalities and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
  • Provide support to your fellow team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Coordinate actions with quality assurance and operations teams to ensure seamless development workflows.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance to enhance the quality of our codebase. Share your expertise and mentor colleagues to foster technical growth within the team.
  • Take ownership of the compilation and deployment systems for assigned projects, ensuring smooth and efficient release processes.
Our Expectations

We're looking for a seasoned Fullstack Developer with a proven track record of success in building high-quality web applications. You possess a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies and are passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • 5+ years of experience developing with React
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development (HTML, Sass)
  • 3+ years of experience with Typescript
  • 2+ years of experience in backend development (PHP 7 or 8)
  • Strong familiarity with build tools such as ViteJS
  • Experience working within a design system framework
  • Proven ability to structure and organize complex frontend applications
  • Knowledge of motion design principles
  • Experience in a marketing context is a plus
  • Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation
  • Familiarity with GraphQL concepts
  • Good knowledge of MySQL databases
  • Experience working with Docker
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and Cloud Services (AWS)
  • Knowledge of continuous integration practices with web servers
  • Experience with testing and automation tools
  • Strong experience handling high-volume projects and systems
  • Awareness of security best practices for large-scale projects
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating closely with developers and game team members.
